Every three years, Engadin Airport conducts a large-scale emergency exercise. This year, the airport fire brigade was deployed to practice extinguishing a fire on a simulated crashed light aircraft and to train in rescuing its passengers.In addition to the airport fire brigade, the cantonal police, the leadership of the Samedan/Pontresina fire department, and the Oberengadin rescue services were involved in the exercise.
